It is quite a way out from the main bustle of the big city. Palpara is a pretty quiet neighborhood. There are houses and small gardens, and not too many tall buildings. Our place is just one of the local houses in Halisahar. It has a very residential feel. You don't see many offices around here, so we stand out a little bit to the neighbors, but not much. The air is a bit cleaner here than in the middle of Kolkata. We don't have a polished corporate environment. It’s more like a home office where things are a bit cluttered and the furniture is old. But it works for us. The 743136 area is where we have put down our roots. Most of the people around Halisahar know each other. It’s the kind of place where you stop to talk to someone on the way to the post office. We are just simple people working from Palpara. There is no mission statement or fancy goals, just the daily work of Alpanaghosh. The building is simple, the street is narrow, and the life here is just normal. That’s how we like it. We have been here for a long time and don't plan on moving.
