Pryanka Enterprises

Our place, Pryanka Enterprises, is located in Ward No-9 over in Shakti Nagar. People usually find us by looking for the old video hall nearby. It’s a well-known landmark in Barpeta Road, even if things have changed a lot around here lately. The shop itself is pretty simple and practical. We don't have a big glass front or any bright neon signs. We just have our name on the board and a door that’s usually propped open to let a bit of a breeze in. It gets quite humid in this part of town, so we just do what we can to stay comfortable while we work. We handle a variety of things here, mostly focusing on what the local folks need from day to day. It’s not a high-stress environment, though we do have our busy moments when several people walk in at once. We like to chat with everyone who stops by, even if they aren't buying anything that day. It’s just the way things are in a place like Shakti Nagar. We’ve been part of this community for a long time and we know most of the families on this street. We don't have any big plans to expand or move to a bigger city. We like it here just fine. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to our neighbors. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful for the folks around here.
