Buthra Hardware

Buthra Hardware is located in Ward No.1 in Howly. We are easy to find because we sit right across from the Assam Oil Petrol Pump and we are very close to the Howly Bus Stand. Being near the bus stand means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise, but we like it that way. It keeps things interesting throughout the day. We carry a bit of everything when it comes to hardware. Whether it’s something for a big construction project or just a small fix around the house, we usually have it in stock. The shop is a bit old-fashioned, but it gets the job done. We don’t go for any of those modern retail tricks or flashy signs. We just put the items on the shelf and tell people the price. It’s a very practical way to run a store. People from all over Howly stop by, sometimes just to chat or ask for advice on a project they are starting. We aren’t experts in everything, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know what works for most jobs. Dealing with the daily crowd from the petrol pump and the buses can be hectic, but it’s part of the charm of being in Ward 1. We keep our hours regular and try to be here when our neighbors need us. It’s a solid, local business that doesn’t try to be anything it’s not.
