Manku Agriculture Works

If you head down Barnala Road, you'll find us at the Pakho Kainchian crossing. Manku Agriculture Works has been sitting on this stretch of road for quite a while. It's a busy spot with tractors and trucks constantly passing by. We spend most of our time out in the workshop or talking to farmers who stop in. Agriculture is the main thing around here, so we stay pretty busy during the planting and harvest seasons. The shop is filled with parts and tools, and it’s usually a bit dusty, but that’s how it goes. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and find one of us. We help people fix their gear or find the right parts they need for their fields. Most of our customers are neighbors or people from the nearby villages who have been coming to us for years. We know most of them by name. It’s a straightforward life. We work while the sun is up and close up when it gets dark. Barnala Road is always noisy, but we’re used to it. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just show people what we can do and let the work speak for itself. It’s a simple operation, run by folks who understand what it means to work the land. We like it that way. It's just a bunch of us doing what we know how to do best.
