Nagpal Trader operates out of Nagpal Kothi, which is a well-known spot near Barnala Palace. Using the family name and the house for the business has always made things feel more personal for us. We handle a variety of trading goods right from this location. It’s not a cold, empty warehouse; it’s a place that has some character to it. There are large rooms where we keep the inventory, and we use one of the front rooms as an office. It’s usually me and my cousins working together. Being near Barnala Palace means there’s often something going on nearby, especially during wedding season when the roads get blocked with cars and music. We have a lot of local regulars who have been coming to us for years. The building itself is older, with thick walls that keep it somewhat cool in the summer heat. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy logos. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve known the Nagpal family for a long time. We keep our records in big registers and try to stay on top of the stock coming in and going out. It can get a bit hectic when a big delivery arrives, but we usually have enough hands to help. It’s just a local trading business where we try to do a decent job every day without any fuss.
