Bharat Foam House

We are located in Guru Nanak Nagar, right behind the Sai Mandir. Being so close to the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers throughout the day, which is actually quite nice. Our shop, Bharat Foam House, is packed floor to ceiling with different types of foam and cushions. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get new stock in. We spend a lot of time cutting pieces to size for people who want to fix up their old sofas or need a new mattress for their bed. The smell of new foam is always in the air here. It’s a simple shop with no fancy lights or air conditioning. We just leave the front open and let the breeze come in. Customers usually find us because they were visiting the Mandir and noticed our sign on the way. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most of our work is just chatting with people about what thickness they need and then getting the big cutter out. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the shop and the stock. Sometimes we run out of a specific density of foam, so people have to wait a few days. That’s just how it goes. It’s a local place for local folks, and we like the rhythm of it. We just do the work and help people get comfortable.
