Chugh Rohit Architect

I’m Rohit Chugh and my architecture office is at House Number B3/271. The easiest way to find me is to go to the back side of the Dadu Ice Factory. It’s a bit of an odd landmark, but everyone around here knows where the ice factory is. My workspace is pretty basic. I have my table, my computer, and a lot of half-finished sketches lying around. I don't go for the polished look because that’s not really how I work. I spend my time thinking about how to get a building to stand up and look alright without costing a fortune. I’ve been in this spot for a while now. The noise from the factory can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of my clients are local people looking to build a shop or a house nearby. I like the challenge of working with what we have on hand. I’m usually here from morning until the sun goes down, just working through the details of various plans and blueprints. It’s just me mostly, so when you call, you’re talking to the person who actually draws the lines on the paper. It’s a very direct way of working. No middleman or receptionists to go through. Just come to the back of the factory and look for my door. I’ll probably be there with a cup of tea and some papers scattered about. It’s not fancy, but it is where the planning for the local buildings happens every day.
