We are located out in Village Dhaula, right on the Mansa Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where we’ve been for a long time. The facility is large and we have several buildings for different parts of the production. Being out here means we have plenty of space, though the roads can be rough after it rains. We have a lot of people from the nearby villages working with us. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in and out all day long. The main gate is always open during shift changes. Inside, the noise of the machinery is constant, and you have to speak up to be heard. We don't have a fancy reception area; it's mostly just offices and the factory floor. We deal with industrial materials, so things can get a bit dusty and greasy. The office staff usually brings lunch from home and we eat together in the small break room. We have to keep an eye on the power supply since it can be unreliable in this area sometimes. We just focus on keeping the machines running and getting the orders out on time. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordination. Some days are smoother than others, but that’s just how it goes in a place this size. We’re just a bunch of people working hard out here on Mansa Road.
