Ramsar Organic Producer Company Limited

My name is one of the people here at Ramsar Organic Producer Company Limited. We are based out of Ramderiya Tala in the Khadin area of Barmer. You can find us care of Panna Ram. Barmer is a dry place and farming here takes a lot of patience. We have to be careful with the water and the soil. We chose to go the organic route because we live here and we don't want to mess up the land for the next generation. It is a small setup we have going. We aren't some big business from the city. We are just neighbors who talk over the fences and decided to make a company together. Most of the time we are dealing with the heat and the sand, but we find ways to make things grow. It is quiet out here in Ramderiya Tala. We don't have many visitors but we stay busy with the plants. Panna Ram keeps the books and we all do the heavy lifting. It's a lot of manual work. We don't have many machines, just our hands and some old tools. Sometimes we sit around in the evening and talk about how the crops are doing. It is a simple life but we like being our own bosses. We just want to produce things from our own soil without all the chemicals people use these days. It’s hard but it’s ours. We just keep moving forward.
