Nourishiam Catering & Food Llp

We are located at Vijay Shanti Market on Kher Road here in Balotra. It is a busy spot and we have been at S 22 23 for a while now. Most days start early for us because the catering business doesn't really sleep much. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen just getting things ready for whatever event is on the calendar that day. Sometimes it is a small family gathering and other times it is a much bigger crowd, but the work stays the same. We have a small team here at Nourishiam Catering & Food Llp and everyone knows their job. We don’t really do fancy office stuff; we are mostly focused on the cooking and making sure the food gets where it needs to go on time. The market can be loud and crowded, but that is just part of being in this area. We buy our supplies locally when we can. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months in Rajasthan, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We handle a lot of different orders throughout the week. People stop by the shop to discuss menus or just to see what we are working on. There isn't much to say other than we work hard and try to stay organized. If you are walking around Vijay Shanti Market, you will probably see our staff moving crates or loading up the vans for a delivery.
