Mahaveer Industries.

Mahaveer Industries is out here in the Sp-I 1St Phase Indl. Area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't living nearby, but it’s where all the manufacturing happens. We have a decent-sized space where we do our production work. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or anything. It’s just a plain building with a heavy iron gate. Inside, there is always the sound of something being pressed or drilled. We make various industrial components. It’s mostly metalwork and assembly. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains here and there from the years of work. We have a small crew, and everyone wears a lot of different hats. One day someone might be running the lathe and the next day they are helping load the truck. We don't have any big managers or anything like that. I usually just walk around and see how things are going. If a machine breaks, we try to fix it right there and then so we don't lose any time. The 1st Phase area is quite large, so we have some good neighbors who help us out with tools if we ever run short. We don't spend money on commercials or flyers. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a long time and people know we get the work done. It’s a simple, hardworking life for all of us and we like it.
