Mahadev Trading Company

If you know the area near the Roadway Bus Stand, you’ve probably walked past us at some point. Mahadev Trading Company is right there in the middle of all the bustle. It’s a busy spot with buses coming and going all day long, so there is always a lot of dust and noise outside our front door. We deal with various goods, buying and selling what’s in demand. The shop is often filled with crates and bags, and sometimes it’s hard to move around when a fresh shipment arrives. We’ve been operating from this location because it’s convenient for transport. My cousins and I run the place mostly. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just a desk, some ledgers, and a lot of storage space. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up, but we know where everything is eventually. Customers come in looking for specific items, and we do what we can to help them out. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting boxes and checking lists. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of our business is done face-to-face over a quick conversation. It gets quite hot in the summer with the sun hitting the front of the shop, but we have a fan that keeps us going. We’re just local traders trying to keep the business running steady near the station.
