Mahadev Hardware & Sanitary

Out here in Baitu Chimanji, everyone knows where the hospital is, and our shop Mahadev Hardware & Sanitary is just right there on the main road nearby. It is a small village life, so I know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We keep all the basic hardware stuff, like pipes for the farms and taps for the houses. The shop is usually crowded because I try to cram as much stock as possible onto the walls. Sometimes it's hard to find a specific bolt, but I usually know which drawer it is in. Being in Taluka Baitu Chimanji means we get a lot of farmers coming in early in the morning before they head out to the fields. The dust from the road comes inside easily, so I am always dusting off the toilet seats and sinks we have on display. It's just me and my younger brother running the place. We don't have any corporate rules, we just open when the sun is up and close when it gets dark and the street lights come on. The hospital road is always busy with people coming and going, so there is always something to look at from the front step. It’s a plain shop, nothing fancy, just what the local people need to keep their plumbing and houses working. We even have some gardening tools in the back corner if you look closely behind the big PVC pipes.
