Maha Bheru Food Product

We spend most of our time here in Maha Dev Colony. It’s right on Balotra Road, so there is usually a lot of noise from the trucks and cars passing by all day. Our building is quite close to the Bal Vidhya Mandir Secondary School, which means every morning and afternoon the street gets crowded with kids and parents. You can hear the school bells and the shouting during their break times. Inside our place at Maha Bheru Food Product, it’s mostly just us working with the ingredients. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor is concrete because it’s easier to keep clean when you’re dealing with food items. Sometimes the heat on Balotra Road gets a bit much in the summer, but we just keep the fans going and carry on with the packing. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We have some shelves for the stock and a few tables where we do the heavy lifting. Usually, we start early before the sun gets too high. There is a small tea stall just down the road where some of us go for a break. Most people in the colony know where we are because we’ve been around. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done without much fuss. It is a busy life here in this part of town, but we are used to the rhythm of it now.
