Maa Manasa Rice Mill

We are based out of Barmer, right near the Adars Stadium in Mahavir Nagar. It gets quite hot here in Rajasthan, and the dust from the stadium often blows our way when there is a game or practice going on. Maa Manasa Rice Mill runs out of House No. GL16 in the second phase. It is not a huge factory or anything fancy, just a steady place where we handle the rice every day. Govardhan Ram has been here for a while, and this is where we do all the work. Some days the machines are loud and the air is thick, but that is just how the milling business goes. People around here know the house because it is easy to find once you get to the II Phase. We don’t have a big office with air conditioning or flashy signs. Usually, you’ll just find a few of us moving bags around or checking the grain quality under the shed. It is hard work, especially in the summer months, but it keeps us busy. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try to keep things orderly so we don’t bother the neighbors too much. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. It is a simple setup we have here in Barmer, nothing more and nothing less. Just a local mill doing what it needs to do to keep things moving along.
