M. J. Associate

M. J. Associate is based out of 75 Vadera Bhawan in the Hamirpura area. It’s more of a traditional building, and we’ve taken up a portion of it for our operations. Hamirpura is a bit of a maze if you don’t know your way around, but once you find us, it’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads. We are a small team, and we’ve worked together for quite some time now. Our office isn't anything like those modern glass buildings you see downtown. It’s got thick walls and old windows, which actually keeps it pretty cool during the heat of the day. We spend most of our hours here going over numbers and talking to people on the phone. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the back room. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, see what needs to be done, and do it. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, or the power goes out, but we just work around it. The neighborhood has a lot of families, so you hear kids playing outside sometimes. It feels more like a home than a stiff office environment. We like it that way because it keeps us grounded and focused on the actual work we have in front of us.
