Our small office is tucked away right behind the school in Solankiyo Ki Was, over here in Siwana. Most folks in the Barmer district know the general area, but it’s still a bit of a quiet spot where we are at Ward Number 02. Katta Impex Privatelimited has been our main focus for quite a long while now. We deal with exports, mostly things that are sourced from this specific part of Rajasthan. It’s a dry place, and it gets very sandy when the wind blows hard, but the people living here are very hardworking. We handle all the paperwork and the shipping details for various items. It isn’t always easy getting goods from a place like Siwana to the bigger cities or the international ports, but we’ve figured out the best routes over the years. Some days are just spent entirely on the phone tracking trucks or checking on the status of different orders. We aren't a big corporate team with a lot of hierarchy; it's just a few desks and a lot of paper ledgers. If you happen to walk past the school, you’ll find us at building number 182. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out for an hour or two, but that’s just how life is in this corner of the state. We try to be helpful to anyone who comes by asking about trade. It’s a family-run kind of feel even if the name sounds a bit formal. We don't have a big sign, just our work.
