Babu Mills India

Babu Mills India is basically just a mill that has been around for some time. We don't really have a complicated address other than just the name of the mill itself. It’s a big building where we spend the whole day dealing with whatever material we are processing at the time. There is a lot of dust in the air most days, and the sound of the heavy rollers is constant. You have to shout a bit if you want to be heard over the noise. We don't have any fancy offices or shiny signs. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is worn down from years of heavy equipment being moved around. It is a place where people come to work hard and then go home tired. We handle everything ourselves, from unloading the raw stuff to loading the finished bags onto the trucks. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend hours getting them back in order with old tools and a bit of luck. It’s not a corporate setup with a lot of rules, just a bunch of us trying to keep the mill running. We know our way around every corner of this building. It’s a simple life, focused on the output and making sure the mill stays busy. There’s no marketing here, just the daily grind of the machinery and the workers.
