Aaradhya Mutual Benefits Nidhi Limited is located in Balotara, right at Nilam Tower. We are in Shop No-6, which is actually in the underground level of the building. It’s directly opposite the Nilam Cinema, so we get a lot of people passing by who are there to catch a movie. Being underground is actually nice because it stays a bit cooler when the Rajasthan heat gets intense outside. Our office isn't very large. It’s just a simple shop space where we’ve set up our desks and chairs. We spend most of our time dealing with the mutual benefits for our members. There is always someone coming down the stairs to ask about their savings or to make a deposit. We don't use any of those polished marketing phrases you hear on TV. We just talk to people plainly. Balotara is a busy town, and we are right in the heart of it. We keep our files organized and try to make sure we don't make any mistakes in the ledgers. It can be a bit cramped when several people come in at once, but we make it work. We aren't here to be fancy. We are here to provide a local service for our community. Every evening we lock up the shop and head home, just like everyone else in the tower.
