Trishakti Foods

We’ve been running Trishakti Foods here in Karanjia for quite some time now. It’s just a regular place where we get together every morning to start the day's work. Most of the time, we’re busy checking the stock or making sure the kitchen area is clean and ready for whatever we’re prepping. Karanjia is a nice enough town, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythms of the street outside. People walk by, some wave, and we just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a workspace where things actually happen. We don’t have a big team, but the folks who are here know their jobs well. Sometimes we run out of things and have to wait for the next delivery, which can be a bit of a headache, but that’s just how it goes in the food business. We try to keep things simple. There isn't a lot of talk about big plans or anything. We just focus on the orders we have for the day and try to get them finished before it gets too late. The light in the shop is a bit dim in the afternoons, but we have our tea and get through the last few hours of work. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like being part of the neighborhood here. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving while we work.
