Dream India School

If you are near the Railway Station in Baripada, you are very close to us. You can actually hear the trains sometimes when things get quiet between classes. Our school sits right there in the heart of things. It’s a busy little area with people coming and going from the station all the time. Being at Dream India School here means we are very much a part of the local rhythm. We don't have a lot of extra space, but we use every corner of the building for something useful. The rooms have tall windows that let in the light, which is nice on those overcast days we get sometimes. Our teachers are mostly local people who live just a short walk or bike ride away. We don't do things in a very formal way; it’s more about getting the job done and helping the kids understand their books. You’ll often see us standing outside the main entrance chatting with the neighbors or the rickshaw drivers waiting for the next train. It’s a practical place. We don't have many decorations on the walls, just the stuff the students make during their art periods. Life here is steady. We handle the registrations, the exams, and the lunch breaks one day at a time. It’s a good spot to be if you want to be right in the middle of Baripada.
