Ambika Enterprises

Ambika Enterprises is located on Dargadahi Main Road, which is right by the Baripada Municipal Market. If you know the Golei area, you know how crowded it gets around here, especially on the weekends. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a few years now. The shop is pretty packed with all sorts of things, so it might look a bit disorganized to someone walking in for the first time. We carry a bit of everything that the local folks might need for their homes or small businesses. It’s a family-run place, so you’ll usually see one of us behind the counter or hauling boxes from the back. We don't have a big staff or fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving stock around. The building is an older one and it can get pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans that help a bit. Most of our customers are people we see every week at the market. We don't do any big advertising because word of mouth seems to work just fine for us. It’s a simple business. We open up early, talk to the neighbors, and try to make sure we have what people are looking for. It’s a busy life being so close to the market, but we like it that way. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next customer.
