About Raja Granites – Building & Construction Material in Bargur
My family has been at Raja Granites in Venkatasamudram for a long time. Our place is at 24/34, right in the Sigaralapalli area. It’s a quiet spot most days, though the sound of the saws can get a bit much. We deal with stone because that’s what everyone around here does. We started small and stayed that way, mostly. We have different types of granite coming in and out. Some days are slow and we just sit around checking the inventory, and other days we can't keep up with the loading. It’s not a big corporate setup. It is just a yard with some sheds and a lot of heavy slabs. We use old machines, but they work fine for what we need to do. If someone asks for a specific color, we go look through the piles. Sometimes it’s buried at the back. We don't have a fancy website or a salesperson in a suit. You just talk to me or one of the guys working the crane. We know the stone pretty well because we handle it every single day. The dust gets everywhere, on our clothes and in the tea, but we don't mind much. It’s a decent way to make a living. People from the village know us, and we get some folks from further away too. It is just Raja Granites, nothing more to it.
