Our construction business is run by Srinibas Pradhan and we are located near Chuakani in the Lamtibahal area. This isn't a big city office with glass windows. It is a more personal setup where we handle local building needs. Lamtibahal is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we rely on our reputation more than any fancy advertising. We spend most of our time out in the field, checking on construction progress and making sure the materials arrive when they should. The work is physically demanding and involves a lot of direct supervision of the laborers. We deal with all sorts of small to medium projects, mostly helping people get their structures built correctly. Our base near Chuakani is where we keep our records and meet with people who need help with their building plans. It is a straightforward operation. We don’t have a mission statement or a corporate philosophy. We just focus on getting the work done so we can move on to the next job. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult or we have trouble getting parts for the equipment, but we always find a way to keep moving.
