Sindhuja Agro Industries (sai)

Sindhuja Agro Industries (sai) is situated over in Nigamanand Vihar. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood, which suits the kind of work we do. We are mostly focused on the agricultural side of things, so we spend a lot of time talking about seeds, soil, and farming equipment. Our office in Nigamanand Vihar is a simple place. We have some shelves filled with samples and a few old desks. We don't go in for any of that corporate polishing. We are just regular people who understand the agro business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People find out about Sindhuja Agro Industries (sai) mainly through word of mouth. We've been here for a while and have built up some good relationships with the local farmers. The work can be a bit seasonal, so some months are much busier than others. We don't mind the hard work. It feels good to be part of an industry that is so important. The office can get a bit dusty because of all the samples we keep around, but we don't really care about that. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We have a small table in the back where we sit and have our lunch together. It’s a very informal atmosphere, and that’s how we like it. We just focus on doing a decent job and being fair to the people we work with every day in the community.
