Raghukula Township Private Limited

We are located right by Naganpali Chowk in Bargarh. If you know where the RCMS petrol pump is, we are just a stone’s throw from there, right near Venkatesh Motors on Plot No-906. It’s a busy little area, especially with the trucks and cars coming through to fuel up. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we handle the township business for Raghukula Township. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and dealing with land papers. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, but we’re used to it by now. People from around Baragarh stop by to ask about plots or just to see what’s happening with the new developments. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and meeting people face to face. Dealing with township planning means a lot of waiting for approvals and talking to contractors who are usually late. It’s honest work, though. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and the locals know the petrol pump landmark well. The heat in Bargarh can be tough in the summer, so we usually start early and take a long break in the afternoon. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to get these township projects finished so people have a place to settle. It’s just how things are done here in our part of the state.
