We’re based in Shaktinagar, right behind the Ministadium here in Bargarh. It’s W.N-13. People just drop by sometimes when they’re looking for work or need someone to help them with hiring. It is not a big fancy office with expensive furniture, just a place where we try to get things sorted for folks. Most of our day is spent looking through stacks of papers and talking on the phone to different people. We have been at this address in Orissa for quite a while now. The back side of the stadium is a pretty easy place to find if you have lived in the area for a bit. Some days it gets quite busy with people coming in from all around town. We handle the paperwork and try to match people up with jobs that actually fit what they know how to do. It’s mostly just us sitting here in the office working through the various lists we keep. There is no big secret to how we do it, we just try to keep track of who needs what. If you are ever walking past the stadium, you might see us through the window. We do not have a huge team, just a few of us making sure everything stays organized as much as possible. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the folders and files, but we know where everything is kept. It’s straightforward work. We help the local businesses find staff and help people find a way to earn a living.
