Maheswari Hospital

Maheswari Hospital is located at D-9 in the Doctors Colony in Burla. Since we are in the Doctors Colony, it’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main market, which is nice for the patients. The hospital is a small building that has been here for a while. We have a few rooms for people who need to stay over and a small area for consultations. It’s not a very big place, but we make use of the space we have. Most of our patients are from Burla or the nearby towns. They come here for all sorts of things, maybe a fever or a minor injury. We don’t have a big reception desk with computers everywhere. It’s more of a pen and paper kind of place. The doctors and nurses here are used to the slow pace of the colony. In the mornings, you can hear the birds and see people walking before the clinic gets busy. We try to keep things simple and honest. There isn't any fancy marketing or big promises, just a hospital where we see patients and do our best with what we have. People know where to find us if they need a checkup. It’s a very local, neighborhood type of hospital where everyone kind of knows everyone else. It’s just a plain, working hospital in a quiet part of town where we do our best to help everyone out.
