Jay Jagannath Variety Store

Jay Jagannath Variety Store is our little shop located on Behramal Road. We are right in the S Industrial Estate in Jharsuguda, which means we get a lot of workers and drivers stopping by. Being near the petrol pump helps because people often pull in for fuel and then walk over to see what we have. We sell all sorts of things, hence the "variety" in our name. It's a bit of a crowded space because we try to stock as much as possible in a small area. You’ll find snacks, daily essentials, and various bits and pieces that people in the industrial estate might need. It is not a supermarket with bright lights and fancy shelves. It’s just a local shop where we know many of our customers by name. Sometimes the shelves look a bit messy, and we might run out of something popular, but we try to get it back in stock quickly. The traffic on Behramal Road is always heavy, so there is a constant hum of engines outside. We open early and stay open late most days. Running a store like this doesn't leave much time for rest, but we like being part of the Jharsuguda community. It’s a busy life, but it’s our life. We just take each day as it comes and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It is just a normal, everyday shop for the local people.
