Our place, Homely Buildofiy Private Limited, sits right by the Old NH-6. If you are heading past Bandurtikra Chowk in Bargarh, you have probably driven right by us without even noticing. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a practical space where we handle all the building stuff. Living and working in Bargarh means dealing with a lot of dust from the highway and the constant rumble of trucks going past. We call it Homely Buildofiy because we mostly focus on residential projects, even if the name sounds a bit funny to some people. There’s a small team of us here. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons doing the boring paperwork that comes with running a construction company. Sometimes we run out of cement or the weather turns bad, and we just have to wait it out. That is just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to get through the day and make sure the walls we put up are straight. You might find us at the local stall grabbing a snack in the evening after we lock up. It’s a straightforward way of living. We don't have any big corporate goals, just the next project to finish. We mostly just talk about the local rice crops and the weather while we work together.
