Our office is located over at Qrs No-L/141 in Phase-II of Basanti Colony. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood, which helps when we need to sit down and focus on technical drawings or site plans. Adharshila Arch And Engineers Privatelimited has been around this area for a bit, and most people around here just know us as the local guys who handle the structural side of things. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just look at blueprints, deal with the math, and make sure buildings are solid. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with papers everywhere and half-finished coffee cups, but we know where everything is. Engineering can be a bit dry, but someone has to do it. We spend a lot of time out at sites too, not just sitting behind a desk. Dealing with contractors and making sure the measurements are right takes up most of our week. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes we have to redraw things three times before they’re right. We like being in Basanti Colony because it feels like home. We’ve gotten to know the people nearby over the years. We aren't looking to become some giant firm; we just want to keep doing our work properly and keeping our clients satisfied without any unnecessary drama or corporate talk.
