Zara Estate

We’ve been tucked away here at Zara Estate for a while now. Our spot is in Vardhman Plaza, specifically at units 243-245 on Road No 44. If you know Pitampura, you know the Neelkanth Plaza area gets pretty busy during the day. It’s just how it is around here. We spend most of our mornings opening up the office and getting the desks ready before the phone starts going. Most days, it’s just us talking to people about what they need for their homes or shops. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a practical space where we can sit and talk. Sometimes the lift in the plaza acts up, but we make do. The local area has changed quite a bit since we first set up. We see a lot of the same faces walking by every day. When someone comes in, we usually just sit down and look at what’s available on the lists. It isn't always exciting work, honestly. There is a lot of checking papers and making sure everything is where it should be. We deal with the usual Pitampura crowds and the traffic on Road 44 can be a real headache in the evenings. We just try to keep things moving. Most people find us because they live nearby or saw the board while heading to the market. We don't do much fancy stuff here, just the regular day-to-day property work that keeps the lights on. It’s a small team, so we all know what’s happening.
