Vandana Creations

We are tucked away at 18/35, Street No-5, right by the railway line side in the Anand Parbat Industrial Area. Vandana Creations is a busy little place. Being so close to the tracks, you get used to the sound of the trains passing by. It just becomes background noise after a while. We work mostly with fabrics and different designs. There are rolls of cloth and thread everywhere. It can get a bit cramped when a new shipment comes in, but we manage. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We aren’t trying to be some high-end fashion house or anything like that. We just make things that people want to wear or use. Sometimes we stay late to finish a batch of orders if the deadline is tight. The lighting isn't the best in every corner, but we have our spots where the work gets done well. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't familiar with the industrial area streets. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside the building. Just a door and a lot of work happening inside every single day. People know us by word of mouth mostly. We take pride in just getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes the sewing machines need a bit of oiling and the floor is covered in scraps of fabric, but it's our place.
