The Rap Graphics

We started The Rap Graphics at Plot No.E-60 in Rajendra Nagar. We are right across the road from K K Hospital, which is the easiest way to tell people where we are. Our space isn't very big, but it’s enough for our computers and the printers. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to get the colors just right. It’s a lot of sitting and a lot of clicking. Sometimes the hospital traffic makes it hard to find a place to park, but we make do. We do graphics for all kinds of things. It’s not like we have some grand vision; we just like making things look decent on paper. People come in with their ideas, and we try to put them on vinyl or whatever they need. Some days are quiet and we just listen to the radio, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at the exact same time. We don't use any fancy business talk because we aren't salespeople. We are just graphic guys who live nearby and wanted to work for ourselves. The shop gets a bit cluttered with offcuts and old proofs, but that’s just part of the everyday process. We know the local shopkeepers and the folks at the hospital well. It’s a good community to be in. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it done without too much fuss or worry.
