Stv Buildtech Private Limited is a small company that grew out of a need for basic, reliable construction work in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Our office is right there in the neighborhood, so we are always seeing the people we work for. It’s a simple setup with some desks, a lot of folders, and usually a few samples of cement or paint sitting on the floor. We spend our mornings talking to the workers and our afternoons dealing with the paperwork that the government requires. Bareilly is a good place to work, but it has its challenges like anywhere else. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to work by candlelight to finish the accounts, or the monsoon rains stop all our site work for a week. We don’t try to pretend we are bigger than we are. We are just a local team that knows how to get a building up. We don’t have a fancy website with stock photos. Most of our time is spent on the actual sites, getting our boots dirty and making sure the supplies aren't being wasted. It’s practical, everyday work that doesn't need much explanation. We just try to stay busy and make sure the projects we take on get done without too many headaches for anyone involved.
