Shiv Nath Traders

Shiv Nath Traders is right in the middle of Moregunj. If you know where Pansari Bazar is, we are just a short walk from there. We are also very close to the City Kothwali, which is the main landmark people use to find their way around this part of town. This area is very old and the streets are quite narrow, so it gets very congested with bikes and carts. Shiv Nath Traders is just a regular shop where we handle our trading business every day. The smells of the bazar are always around us, mostly spices and other dry goods since it’s Pansari Bazar. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Usually, people just know us by the name or they ask the neighbors where the traders are. It stays busy from early morning until the sun goes down. We sit here and talk to customers and handle the stock. The building is old, like most of the others in Moregunj. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit but we just keep working anyway. It’s a very local feel here. You won't find anything corporate about how we run things. We just open the doors, see who comes in, and try to get things done. It’s a simple way of doing things at Shiv Nath Traders. The City Kothwali is always there as a constant reminder of where we are. It is just how it is.
