Starting with House No. 3 in Gali No. 3, we are located right in Sainik Colony, Sanjay Nagar. The office is basically just a room where we keep our files and meet people when they drop by. It’s not a big fancy place, just a local spot. We’ve been around for a bit now, mostly looking at local plots and figuring out how to get things built without too much trouble. Sometimes the lane gets crowded, so finding us can be a bit of a trek if you aren't from around here. We usually have tea going in the morning and talk about what needs to be done for the day. It's just a small group of us here. Shiv Kailashi Developers Llp isn't some massive corporation with hundreds of people. We handle things ourselves, whether it’s checking on a site or talking to workers. Sanjay Nagar is a busy area, and we try to keep up with everything happening. If you come by, you’ll probably see us looking over some maps or just chatting with neighbors. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing because people mostly know us from word of mouth anyway. The weather lately has been making outdoor work a bit slow, but we keep at it. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We just try to get the jobs done right and move on to the next one. That’s pretty much how it goes every day at the office.
