M. A. Zari Work

M. A. Zari Work is situated over by Shahamatganj, right near Azad Inter College. To be more specific, we are in the Showroom Khanda Colony area of New Panvel. We do a lot of traditional zari work here. It’s the kind of thing that takes a lot of patience and steady hands to get right. The showroom is there for people to see, but the real work happens in the back where the needles are moving. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit now. It’s a local place through and through. Most people around here know us because we’ve been part of the community for a long time. We handle different types of threads and intricate patterns. It gets really busy during the wedding seasons when everyone wants something special for their outfits. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to do fancy ads. We just rely on the actual work we do every day. The shop isn't hard to find if you're already near the college area. We usually have a few people working at once, sitting together and focusing on the fabric under the lights. It’s quiet work mostly, except for the general chatter of the staff and the street noise. We like it that way. Panvel is growing fast, but our corner feels pretty much the same as it always has. We just keep doing the work like we always have.
