You can find us at Akash Tower in Bareilly. We are situated right on the Pilibhit By Pass road. It’s a spot where people pass through quite often. We work with drinks, specifically mocktails and cocktails. It’s a small operation. We have some counters and all the stuff needed to mix drinks. Bareilly is a place where people like to have a good time at parties, so we stay busy with that. The shop is at number 34. It’s not a huge place, just enough to store our ingredients and tools. We spend a lot of time cutting fruit and getting the ice ready. Sometimes the Pilibhit By Pass gets very crowded with trucks and cars. We see a lot of faces coming in and out. It’s a lot of standing on our feet and making sure the glasses are clean. We don't have a big menu, just the things people usually ask for. It’s a simple setup. We use local fruit when it’s in season. My brother helps me out on the weekends when more people are around. We just enjoy making the drinks and seeing people like them. It’s honest work and it keeps us going. The tower is a well-known landmark, so it’s easy for folks to find us. We just focus on the drinks and keeping the place tidy enough for the next day. It’s a lot of scrubbing and cleaning after the rush is over, but that is just part of the job.
