We operate out of Jawahar Nagar in Bareilly. Our office is at 16B and it is a pretty easy place to find if you are in the area. We have been doing development work for a while now. We don't use any of those big marketing speeches to get customers. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Bareilly is a good place to work, even if the streets get a bit crowded sometimes. We deal with land and building projects mostly. Our team is small and most of us have been working together for years. We know each other's habits and how we work. The office is usually cluttered with maps and project files, which shows we are actually doing something. We don't care much for polished presentations. We’d rather show someone a site we finished last year. That tells them more than a brochure ever could. We have had our share of problems, like every business does. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought because of some permit or a lack of labor. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest developer in India. We are just happy doing our work here in Bareilly and making sure things are done the right way. It is a steady life and it keeps us grounded. We like the people we work with and the city we live in.
