Our agency is based at No. 318 Utsav Part- 2 in the Mahanagar area. It’s a decent neighborhood and our office is tucked away in a spot that’s mostly quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our time managing medical supplies and making sure they get to where they need to go. Inside, it’s mostly just stacks of boxes and a few desks where we keep our records. We have a lot of lists pinned to the walls to remind us of what needs to be delivered each day. It’s a lot of logistical stuff, checking batch numbers and expiry dates. We don’t have a shop front with big windows. It’s just an office where we do our business. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed, just sitting around and talking while we wait for the truck to show up at Utsav Part-2. The furniture is a bit old and the chairs squeak when you sit down, but it works for us. We know the regular delivery drivers pretty well and they usually stop for a few minutes to chat. Mahanagar is a good place for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We just try to keep our head down and do a good job with the inventory we have. It’s a simple operation, run by people who have been doing this for years. We just keep at it.
