We are located at D- 27 on Road No. 2 in the Parsakhera Industrial Area. Rakesh Packaging Aids has been here for quite some time now. The area is full of different industries, so there’s always trucks and workers moving around. Our place is mostly a big floor where we keep the materials for packaging. It’s not a high-tech office; it’s more of a practical workspace for us. We have rolls of tape, plastic, and other things stacked up against the walls. The office is just a partitioned-off section with some old desks and chairs. It gets a bit cold in the winter months because the warehouse doors are always open for loading and unloading. We don’t really do any big promotions. Most people find us because they need something for their own shipping and we happen to be close by. We have a couple of guys who have been with us for years, and they know the inventory better than anyone. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still manage to get things out on time. We just keep it simple, take the orders as they come, and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It’s just a regular small business trying to do its part in the industrial zone. We don't have many meetings, we just talk across the floor to get things done.
