We are located on the second floor of J. S. Tower, which is right on Badaun Road in the Nekpur area. If you are looking for us, just find the Chaurasi Ghanta Mandir; we are very close to it. We deal in Ayurvedic and herbal products, so our space usually has a very specific scent of natural ingredients. It’s a busy part of town, and the tower itself sees a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. Since we are on the second floor, we spend a lot of time going up and down the stairs. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a waiting room with shiny magazines. It’s mostly just shelves filled with herbs and a few desks for the paperwork. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know many of the other shopkeepers in the building. It’s a very traditional way of doing business. We talk to our customers, listen to what they need, and try to find the right herbal items for them. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the dry stock, but we keep on top of it. We don’t do any big marketing campaigns; most people just hear about us by word of mouth in Nekpur. It’s a steady, quiet kind of life here. We just focus on our herbs and making sure the jars are labelled correctly. It’s honest work and we like being near the temple. Sometimes the monkeys outside the window distract us, but it is a nice view.
