Pradeep Plastic Store

Pradeep Plastic Store is located in Puranpur, right on Cement Road. We are in the Purani Sabzi area, which most locals just call the old vegetable market. It’s quite close to the Ramleela Ground, so during festival times, the whole area gets incredibly crowded and loud. We’ve been selling plastic goods here for many years. The store is filled from floor to ceiling with buckets, tubs, and all sorts of household things. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get a lot of people inside at once. Cement Road is usually dusty, and we have to sweep out the front of the shop every morning. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a regular store where you can find what you need for your home. Most of our customers are neighbors or people from the nearby villages who come into Puranpur for their shopping. We know most of them by sight. Sometimes we sit on the wooden bench outside when business is slow and watch the cars go by. It’s a steady kind of life. We don't use computers much; most of our notes are kept in paper ledgers. It’s how we’ve always done it. The Ramleela Ground brings a lot of memories for us, being so close by. We stay open until it's time to head home for dinner.
