Owosome Fashion Creations

Owosome Fashion Creations is right in the Old City area over in Shyamadganj. We are very close to Ajad Inter College. The Old City is always busy and a bit chaotic, but that is where we like to be. We have a small workspace where we come up with different fashion pieces. It is not a shiny new building or anything. It’s an old place with some character. We have been here for a few years now. We spend a lot of time cutting fabric and trying out new ideas. Sometimes the ideas don't work, and we have to start over from scratch. That is just part of the process. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to sew and design things. The area near the college is always full of students and noise. We get some people coming in just to see what we are making. We don't even have a big sign or anything. Most people find us because they live or work in Shyamadganj already. It’s just a practical business. We make things, we sell them, and we pay our bills. It is a bit cramped in the shop sometimes with all the rolls of cloth everywhere, but we make it work. We are just regular people doing our jobs in the Old City. It is a tough market but we enjoy the work we do. We keep the shop open late because that is when it’s coolest outside. It’s just us, working away.
