Maxlord Manufacturing & Marketing Private Limited is located in Bareilly at H.No. 5 MIG, Bad, Tibri Nat. We are set up at Suresh Ch Dua’s place, which gives our work a very personal feel. Bareilly is a nice city, and being in the MIG area means we are in a decent residential pocket. The office isn't a big glass building. It's more of a home office where we handle our manufacturing and marketing bits. We have desks tucked into corners and stacks of papers and samples here and there. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how we know we are working. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code. Most days we are just in our regular clothes, dealing with suppliers or planning our next moves. The atmosphere is quiet, which helps when we need to think. The pin code is 243001, right in the heart of Uttar Pradesh. We appreciate the simplicity of our setup. There are no long commutes through heavy traffic; we just get straight to work. Sometimes we sit out in the yard to discuss things when the weather is nice. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a dedicated group working out of a house in Bareilly. It feels honest and straightforward. We just do our best to keep things running smoothly and stay on top of our daily goals without worrying about fancy titles or office politics.
