We are over here on the second floor of Galaxy Tower in Ekta Nagar. It’s a busy spot in Bareilly, and most days the office is just full of files and people asking about how to get their visas sorted out. Most of us have been working here for a while, just handling the paperwork and making sure things get sent to the right places. It isn't a fancy setup, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at forms. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but that's just how things are around here. People come in wanting to go to Canada or Australia or wherever else, and we try to tell them what they need to bring. It’s mostly just making sure names are spelled right and dates are correct. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to help the person sitting across the desk so they can get where they want to go. The street outside can get pretty loud with all the traffic, but inside we just keep our heads down and deal with the passports. It feels good when someone finally gets their stamps and stops by to say they’re leaving. It’s a simple office with old chairs and too many pens that don't work, but it’s our place. We’ve been in this building for several years now and have seen many people come and go with their dreams.
