Malik Clinic

Out here on Salmpur Road in Saidpur, things move a little slower than in the big city. Malik Clinic is just a simple setup we have for the local folks. It’s not a complicated place. We just wanted to have a spot where people living around Saidpur wouldn't have to travel too far just to see someone. The road can get a bit muddy when it rains, and sometimes the internet is spotty, but we are there most days. We know most of the people who come through the door by their first names. It’s that kind of place. We don't use fancy equipment that beeps all the time; we just listen and do what needs to be done. The building is plain, and the waiting area has a few benches. It’s practical. We aren't trying to be the biggest clinic in the world. We just want to be a reliable place on Salmpur Road. Sometimes a neighbor will drop by with some tea or just to chat for a minute while they are out running errands. That’s the nice thing about being in a village area like Saidpur. You get to know everyone. We keep our hours pretty regular, though sometimes we stay a bit late if someone comes in right at closing time. It is just how things are done here. No big corporate rules, just neighbors helping neighbors out when they can.
