Khodul Fashion is situated at Shop no 19 in the Kutubkhana Ghantaghar area of Bareilly. This is a very busy part of town, right near the clock tower. If you’ve ever been here, you know the sound of the traffic and the crowds is constant. Our shop is small but we pack a lot into it. We focus on fashion that people can actually afford and wear every day. It's not a boutique where you feel like you can't touch anything. We want people to feel comfortable looking through the racks. We start our day early, usually opening up when the market starts to wake up. There’s a lot of dust from the road, so we are always dusting the shelves and the counters. We are just regular people running a business. We don't have a bunch of rules or a corporate handbook. If someone needs help, we help them. If the shop is too full, people wait their turn. It's all very informal. We’ve been in Bareilly for a long time and we understand what people here are looking for. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. We just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a honest way to work. Every day is a bit different, depending on who walks in, but the goal is always the same.
