K. S. Motors

K. S. Motors is right in the middle of Transport Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s all about the big trucks and the heavy hauling. We’ve been set up here for a while. The ground is mostly dirt and old oil stains, which is pretty standard for a place like this. We spend our time fixing engines and getting vehicles back on the road. It’s loud because of the air horns and the engines revving nearby. We have a small corner where we keep the spare parts and a wooden bench for the tools. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes. I usually wear the same old blue coveralls every day. We get drivers coming in from all over the country. They’re usually tired and just want their truck fixed fast so they can get back to their route. We do what we can to help them out. Sometimes we sit out front on old tires and have a tea break when things slow down in the afternoon. Transport Nagar has its own rhythm. It never really sleeps because the goods always have to move. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go, but we’re still here in our usual spot. It’s a simple operation with just a few of us working together. We don't have a website or anything fancy, just the shop and the tools we’ve used for years.
